Are you old or what?

I was never a kid person until I met little Elijah, 3.5 months old and he became my little buddy. Now he is 8. He is my only 8-year-old friend so he teaches me how kids his age think. For example, he sent me quite surprising birthday wishes: "hi it's elijah i want to say happybirthday (...) and how old you are right now. areyou young or 50. bye patricia see you soon."
I'm young. For another 19 years. See you soon.

    This was in today's Camera and worth noting since we've been talkin' shoes...interestingly, she doesn't mention wearing pegged legs for added enhancement.

    Here I go again - talking to myself! :) SH: I didn't realize you'd been through a similar ordeal. We must share war stories. And, BTW, I love the quote from your 8-yr-old friend. Just classic.
